Returns

The customer has the right to cancel the order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After reporting your return, the customer has the time to return the product within 14 days. This does not include possible shipping costs. If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, we may charge a fee for this. In that case, it will be determined in consultation with the customer whether the product is eligible for a partial refund. You are only liable for the depreciation of the goods resulting from the use of the goods, which goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. If you want to receive the purchase price back on your account, we will charge € 2.95. We do not charge a separate handling fee for processing your return.
